When replacing the landing gear actuating cylinder flexible hose, P/N 55252-3, the length of ferrules should be compared. If longer ferrules are found on the new hoses, an elbow should be inserted between the hose and the cylinder aft port, to prevent possible damage to the hose by the landing gear scissors.
