Compliance required prior to March 15, 1947.
Rework all fuel tank shutoff and fuel cross transfer valves by installing new type shaft sealing rings, valve caps, packing caps, cap gaskets and cap attachment screws. This rework also applies to valves previously reworked, as identified by the use of countersunk head screws with star lock washers or fillister head screws.
