While your subscription is active, Customer Data is retained so you may access and manage it.

If you cancel your subscription:

• Customer Data may or may not be deleted immediately
• Data may be retained for backups, operational continuity, dispute resolution, or legal compliance
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us

Deletion requests will be honored unless retention is required by law or legitimate operational needs.
