To correct this condition, accomplish the following: \n\n\tFor aircraft certificated under T.C. 4A15, and for aircraft certificated in the restricted category under Part 8, replace block assemblies, P/N 105-1011321-16 (consisting of .064 24STAL channel, P/N 105-1011321-14 and block P/N 105-1011327) with one piece fittings as indicated in Figures 1 and 2 or an equivalent modification approved by the Chief, Aircraft Engineering Division, FAA Western Region. \n\n\tThis directive effective October 15, 1965.
