48-05-03 BELLANCA: Applies to 14-13 and 14-13-2 Serial Numbers 1060 Through 1576.

Compliance required by March 15, 1948.

Install a 3/16-inch bolt with self-locking nut and three washers (installed as spacers) through each of the brackets which retain the trim tab brass trunnions at the tab and elevator. Install the bolt 7/16 of an inch above the trunnion centerline to prevent spreading of the brackets.
