Search Best Practices

Be Specific

More specific searches yield better results:

- Instead of "engine", try "engine overhaul" or "compression check"

Use Known Values

Search by specific identifiers:
- Part numbers
- Serial numbers
- AD numbers
- Exact dates

Leverage OCR

If you've uploaded documents:
- Search for text that appears in them
- Invoice numbers, shop names, part numbers
- Unique phrases from documents

Try Multiple Approaches

If you don't find what you need:
- Try different keywords
- Browse chronologically
- Check different categories
- Use the AI assistant

Before Printing

  2. Ensure all entries are complete
  3. Verify hours and dates
  4. Check for any missing information

Save as PDF
